India has achieved a major milestone under the National Quantum Mission with the successful demonstration of a 1,000-km quantum communication network using indigenous technology developed by QNu Labs. Completed within less than two years, the achievement reflects rapid progress toward the mission’s target of establishing a 2,000-km quantum communication network.
Alongside this advancement, the Government of India has expanded support to nine additional quantum startups, increasing the total number of supported ventures to 17.
